2012 FCA GOLF INVITATIONAL
(benefiting Fayette County (GA) FCA)
o USGA stroke play rules govern all competition
o Teams will consist of 4 amateurs
o 18 hole scramble format
o All participants must have USGA handicap or verified 18 hole avg. score
o Two tee shots per team member must be used in the tournament round
o Tees:
o Red Tees (Women, Seniors 76 & over)
o White Tees (Men 60 & Over)
o Blue Tees (All others)
o One ball rule is not in effect
o 14 club rule is in effect
o An absent partner may join the team between holes but not during play of a hole. In any situation with less than 4 players, only 1 shot per player.
o You may stand behind teammates when putting (on line of play)
o Sharing clubs is prohibited
o All team members can attempt original putt one time. As soon as one ball is holed, your team is finished with that hole
o Scorecards properly attested and signed at end of round
o Ball may be placed within 1 club length (no closer to the hole) of selected shot by each player and must remain in the same condition as selected shot (hazard, bunker, rough, second cut of rough, fairway or fringe of the green)
o No mulligans allowed.

Golf Club Policies & Procedures:
o Soft spike golf shoes required (no metal or non-spiked shoes allowed)
o No jeans, tank tops, tee shirts, tennis shorts or gym shorts allowed (Bermuda length shorts, collared shirts and slacks are suitable attire)
o Cell phones are not allowed on the golf course or in the Grill Room
o Smoking is not allowed inside the clubhouse
o Complimentary valet parking
o Locker room services are available
o Contact golf shop if club rental is needed
o No carts are allowed at East Lake Golf Club (Walking required unless Handicapped approved/certified)
o Caddies will be provided
o East Lake is a no tipping club. Do not tip your caddies.
